Care instructions – how to take good care of your Dsignhouse products

Our products are designed with quality and durability in mind. To maintain their appearance and function, we recommend that you wipe your wooden figurines with a soft, dry cloth and avoid moisture and cleaning agents as they can damage the surface. They should be stored at room temperature, out of direct sunlight.

Textile products such as toiletry bags and purses should be washed gently at a maximum of 30 degrees and preferably inside out to protect colors and prints. Avoid tumble drying and let them air dry. Ironing can be done at low heat if necessary.

Bathroom products such as toothbrush holders and soap dispensers are best cleaned with a damp cloth. Most are not dishwasher safe and should not be exposed to harsh cleaning agents. Ceramic or porcelain products should be handled with care to avoid chipping.

In general, all products should be stored dry and out of direct sunlight to avoid discoloration and degradation of materials. Always follow any specific instructions on the packaging.

Delivery and return policy

At Dsignhouse we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. We usually ship within 1-3 business days, and all orders are shipped with track & trace, so you can follow your package all the way. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is on its way.

If you regret your purchase, you have 14 days full right of return from the day you receive the product. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Once we have received and approved the returned product, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase.
