Payment & Delivery
We accept payments via MobilePay, Visa/Dankort, Dankort, MasterCard, and Visa through NETS.
The amount will only be charged when the item is shipped. If you have ordered multiple items and one is on backorder, payment for that item will only be charged upon dispatch.
All prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout and depend on the selected delivery method.
We ship items within 48 hours if they are in stock. Delivery is made via GLS to parcel shops in Denmark and Germany.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several items, the withdrawal period starts when the final item is received.
You lose your right of withdrawal if the product seal is broken or the product has been used.

Returns
Returns must be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Upon withdrawal, all payments including the initial shipping costs will be refunded, except when only part of an order is returned.
The refund will be made within 14 days after receiving your notice, but not before the returned goods have been received by us.
Complaints
As a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Depending on the situation, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, or refunded.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time. A complaint made within two months after discovery of a defect is always considered timely.
To file a complaint, email team@dsignhouse.dk with a detailed description of the issue. Remember to send the item securely packaged and obtain a shipping receipt.

Personal data is stored for five years by Dsignhouse ApS and then deleted. All data processors are located within the EU or in countries offering adequate data protection.
