Our store is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and obligations when using the Services. By visiting or using our Services, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

Section 1 – Access & Account

You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and may allow authorized minors to use the Services on devices you own or manage. To use the Services, you may be asked to provide accurate, current, and complete information (e.g. email, billing, payment, and shipping details). You are responsible for maintaining account security and activity and may not transfer or license your account to others.

Section 2 – Our Products

We strive to describe products accurately. Colors and appearances may vary depending on device and settings. We do not guarantee that products meet individual expectations. Product descriptions may change without notice; we reserve the right to remove or limit products at our discretion.

Section 3 – Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion. An order is only accepted once confirmed and payment has been processed. Review your order carefully before submitting; cancellation may not be possible once accepted. Changes or cancellations will be communicated through your provided contact details. Returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy. You confirm purchases are for personal or household use only, not for resale.

Section 4 – Prices & Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The applicable price is that displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, taxes, customs, import duties, and shipping are not included. Always provide accurate billing and payment information and keep it up to date.

Section 5 – Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property

The Services and all content (trademarks, text, images, audio/video, design, etc.) are owned by Dsignhouse and/or licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted only a personal, non-commercial right to use the Services. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display requires prior written consent. Dsignhouse trademarks may not be used without permission. Shopify trademarks belong to Shopify; other marks belong to their respective owners.

Section 7 – Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties or liability. Use is at your own risk and subject to the provider’s terms. New tools or resources will also be governed by these Terms.

The Services may contain third-party materials and links. We are not responsible for content, accuracy, or transactions on third-party sites. Always review third-party policies before engaging in any purchase or use.

Section 9 – Relationship with Shopify

Note: Dsignhouse is hosted by Shopify. All sales are made directly with Dsignhouse. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and Dsignhouse. You release Shopify from any claims arising from such transactions.

Section 10 – Personal Data

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. As our Services are hosted by Shopify, certain data may be processed by Shopify and transferred internationally as needed to provide the Services. Please also review Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Section 11 – Feedback

By submitting suggestions, ideas, or reviews (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such feedback for any purpose. You warrant that you own or have rights to the feedback. We are not obliged to keep feedback confidential, compensate, or respond.

Section 12 – Errors & Omissions

Errors may occur in product descriptions, prices, availability, or shipping information. We reserve the right to correct, update, or cancel orders in the event of such errors without notice.

You may not use the Services unlawfully, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, collect data unlawfully, circumvent security, or interfere with the operation of the Services. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dsignhouse, Shopify, and affiliated parties harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms and any policies published on this website represent the entire agreement and supersede prior communications.

Section 20 – Assignment

You may not assign this agreement without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations without your consent.

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Jurisdiction lies with the courts of the jurisdiction where Dsignhouse has its registered office.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

The latest version of these Terms will always be available on this page. We may update or modify Terms by posting changes here. Significant changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
