Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation by email. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note: The warehouse is open on weekdays from 08:00–16:00 and only accepts return parcels during this time frame.
If your return is approved, we will send you a confirmation email. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions – non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, or items that may have been in contact with food, such as bowls, cups, straws, etc.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Uncollected parcels

For parcels that are not collected and returned to our warehouse, a shipping fee of DKK 49 plus a handling fee of DKK 49 will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the parcel is returned to our office address, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued. You may request reshipment for a shipping fee of DKK 49.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within up to 10 business days, minus a handling fee of DKK 49.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
